Do I need to create an account?
No. The application requires no account, no registration and no login. You can start studying immediately after installing.
I purchased Premium but it is not unlocked
Open the Premium screen in the application and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same App Store or Google Play account used for the original purchase.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed and managed by the platform, not by us. Manage them in your App Store account settings (iOS) or Google Play subscriptions (Android). The Lifetime option is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
My daily reminder does not trigger
Check that notifications are allowed for the application in your device settings, then confirm the reminder is enabled with the desired time in the app settings.
Will I lose my progress?
Quiz history, flashcard progress and settings are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the application permanently deletes this data.
Is this an official APICS or ASCM application?
